Vitta Pharms is professional and prudent in service and we are responsible for repeatedly checking before the order is dispatched to ensure that the products delivered are of good quality. If the product is damaged during delivery, we will arrange to deliver the replacement of the same product without additional shipping costs. Hence, we provide a product return shopping guarantee so that you can shop with confidence with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

After receiving the products, please ensure that the order is fully completed. Products that cannot be exchanged or returned are:
– Product with a damaged or broken seal

– Products that have been opened or been used

– Any gifts and trial gifts

– Products without proof of purchase or receipt

Before accepting any returns of the product or processing a refund, we will check and verify the returned product. If the condition of the returned product fails to meet the requirements of Vitta Pharms’ return policy, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange the returned product. Instead, we will re-deliver the product to you free of charge. To report a defect or return an item, please email us at support@vittapharms.com.sg with original proof of the purchase and the reason for return.

Products that can be exchanged/returned: If the products delivered do not match with your order, is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, have quality problems, or expired, we will arrange an exchange or return. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with an invoice attached. We will not accept any request for return or exchange after the deadline.

Return and exchange/return and refund process: Please take clear pictures of the delivered product clearly showing all damage or defects of the product, along with the order number and product name. Please email the picture(s) of the damaged and defective product(s) along with the details of the order to support@vittapharms.com.sg to apply for a return and specify the subject of the email as [Return/Exchange] VittaPharms to ensure a smooth return process.

Upon the confirmation that the return conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation email. Please return the products together with a copy of the confirmation email. When we receive the product, we will initiate a refund according to your preferred payment method or arrange for delivery of replacement products to your address free of charge.

In the event of any dispute about return and refund or return and exchange, Vitta Pharms reserves the right of final decision.
